When we complete the sale of their house, you will receive a £250 voucher of your choice. All you have to do is fill out the form below with yours and your friends details to enter.
Terms & Conditions
- Ensure you have spoken to your friend and that they are happy for their details to be passed on and for us to contact them.
- Monks will contact your friend to arrange a market appraisal of their property.
- When we complete the sale of your friend’s property, we will send you a £250 gift voucher of your choice.
- Gift voucher will be an e-gift voucher or gift card. No cash alternative.
- This Scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
- For every friend you refer you could receive a £250 voucher, the maximum number of referrals is 5 per person.
- First person to refer a particular friend’s property will be accepted, any referrals thereafter will not be eligible.
- Participants’ personal data will be collected, stored, and processed for the purposes of administering the Refer a Friend Scheme. We will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Monks reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Refer a Friend Scheme and/or review and revise these Terms at any time.
