Patricia Baila

BA Hons - Director & Co-Owner

Born in Spain and happily living in Shropshire, with a Degree in Business Management & Administration and having worked in different business sectors and countries, Patricia found her passion in property over 18 years ago, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in business & operations management as well as property legislation & compliance. Always giving an honest, enthusiastic and professional approach to ensure a happy ending!

Jo Woollam

MNAEA – Sales Manager

Jo brings 16 years of experience in Estate Agency. Born and bred in Shropshire she has a wealth of knowledge on the county. Being a member of NAEA Propertymark, Jo provides qualified and professional advice to clients.

“I am a social person and enjoy spending time with my friends and family creating new adventures with our new family member Daisy our adorable cockapoo. I like to go for a run in my spare time too.”

Lucinda Thompson

MARLA, MNAEA – Lettings Manager

A local girl, Lucinda brings over 10 years experience of working within the Lettings Industry and is a member of both ARLA & NAEA. She is dedicated to providing a qualified professional service to clients.

Anne Marie Taylor

MNAEA – Senior Sales Negotiator

Based in our Wem office Senior Sales Negotiator Anne Marie brings over 25yrs experience and knowledge of working within the local property industry and is a member of our professional body the NAEA.

Anne Marie’s main passion is being out and about with her dog Bernie (and her love for all dogs). She collects money for Rodens Dogs Trust. Travelling, gardening and cycling are also things she enjoys.

Maureen Loughnane

Property Management Co-ordinator

Maureen joined Monks over 4 years ago, returning to her home town of Shrewsbury after residing in Melbourne Australia for many years. Maureen is dedicated to providing a professional Property Management service, to Landlords and Tenants within the rental team.

James Archer

Sales Negotiator

James is a life long resident of Shrewsbury apart from when he attended university studying for his BA Hons. Bringing a wealth of local knowledge and enjoying working in several professional business sectors since graduation, he has now found his passion for property.

James has many interests outside of work. He loves visiting his personal trainer and he loves performing. You will often see him on stage performing in musicals.

Lara Perkins

Lettings Negotiator

Relocating back to the county of Shropshire after living in London, a passion for the county and Shrewsbury brought Lara home. Gaining excellent customer service skills and a need to exceed expectations during a career in the aviation industry, she brings these skills to the Lettings department. Assisting Tenants and Landlords by offering a proactive and professional approach.

Lorraine is the perfect glue that holds the Monks team together  as our experienced administrator and she  enjoys the every-day challenge of learning new skills. An enthusiastic amateur photographer, Lorraine utilieses her knowledge to enhance images of our properties.

Jo is a key member of our team, carrying out accompanied viewings, inventories and inspections.

Lesley is a fully fledged member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and has joined Monks in 2018, following a career of over 40 years in accounting. Lesley has a passion for figures and spreadsheets.
