Inventory
A full inventory and schedule of condition of the property will be prepared by our Inventory Clerk prior to occupation of the incoming Tenants. This will be signed by the Tenants at their Check-in appointment which confirms their acceptance.
Photographic evidence will be taken of the interior of the property along with the condition of the garden and this will be included within the Inventory.
