Born in Spain and happily living in Shropshire, a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) with a Degree in Business Management & Administration. Having worked in different business sectors and countries, Patricia found her passion in property over 20 years ago, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in business & operations management as well as property legislation & compliance. Always giving an honest, enthusiastic and professional approach to ensure a happy ending!

Maureen joined Monks over 4 years ago, returning to her home town of Shrewsbury after residing in Melbourne Australia for many years. Maureen is dedicated to providing a professional Property Management service, to Landlords and Tenants within the rental team.

I love helping people find the right property and supporting our tenants with their maintenance needs—I really enjoy solving problems and meeting lots of different faces every day! No two days are ever the same. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out on a walk with my dog, Ted, planning my next holiday with my partner, Jonny, or getting hands-on with my Etsy shop, which is the perfect outlet for my love of all things creative.
